Find the site, confirm the canonical location, save. The backend then resolves timezone, market, utility, pricing, weather and imagery sources for the workspace.

Address search needs a server-side Google Maps Platform key (`GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY`, Places API (New) + Geocoding + Time Zone). The key is never sent to the browser. The rest of the flow is wired and will work once it is set.

Saving a project calls `rpc/create_project` with a server-side token scoped `project:write` (`PULSIX_WRITE_TOKEN`). None is configured on this deployment.

Discovery status

After save, `scripts/project_bootstrap.py` resolves these from the canonical location and registers the weather station. Until it runs they are pending, not empty.
